The website is intended for a small business or sole trader who need a professional looking but simple to use and maintain website (no bells and whistles) on a budget.
You will get a four page linked website (see website links below), with up to six photographs 4 per page (four under page links), links to pdf (Adobe) and Microsoft documents 1.
The website will be uploaded to your website providers domain server, and you will be given a CD of the finished website - you can use this to amend your website in the future 2.
YOU OWN THE WEBSITE UPON THE RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT.
Not included:-
- We do not register (or own) your website name
- We do not register (or own) your web space (domain provider server space)
- We can advise where and how to purchase them:- website names from £6.93 inc vat for two years; Web space from £34.99 a year

Notes:-
1 We will within our fee convert two of your documents to Adobe PDF (recommended for documents with graphics and photographs) - additional documents can be converted for a small fee. Links to Microsoft documents are inclusive up to five per site - additional links for a small fee.
2 Additional photographs, additional linked pages and document conversions will be subject to a fee. Upon completion and full payment of the website, you will be given a CD with the website and pdf documents on it. If at a later date you need to amend any information in the site (such as prices etc) you can with the appropriate software amend the website yourself. Alternatively, we can make these amendments for you (and re-upload the amended site) subject to a small fee (relative to work involved @ £15 per hour or part hour).
3 We request that your website is added to search engines such as google, yahoo and MSN - this can take up to 3 months for the site to show up and there is no guarantee to where you will appear in the ratings (unless you pay to advertise).
4 Photographs - we can use your digital photographs or scan in photographs. The quality of digital photographs is far superior (and recommended); we can take digital photographs for you for a small fee (again these will be supplied to you on CD for your future use).
Complimentary Services:-
We can also advise you on 'general marketing and advertising' to assist you in reaching your target customer base. We can provide you with the options available - it is up to you if you chose to use them.
We can advise on corporate image; including business letterheads, brochures and vehicle sign writing etc.
Please enquire for further details - as this is so business specific we cannot provide a set fee, but it can be as little as £25!
